Galaxy Note Edge Curved Screen is a technology demonstration that Samsung wants to position itself as * innovative * in the smartphone zone. I remember how rumors appeared in the past about Samsung launching a smartphone with a curved screen. To be more specific a series of images appeared with a screen that had sides at 45 degrees, and can display separate information. It seems that this smartphone was real, only that that final version has only one curved side, and is called Samsung Galaxy Note Edge.
Like me, many Samsung users were waiting the release date of Samsung Galaxy Note Edge. And not for its powerful specifications similar to the Galaxy Note 4, but for a first in the smartphone world: Samsung Galaxy Note Edge curved screen.
Samsung announced that Samsung Galaxy Note Edge release date is on November 14, so we don’t have to wait too much.

I can say that after I put my hands on it … it doesn’t look bad at all. But it is equally true that the Galaxy Note Edge Curved Screen is not so useful and you can easily touch the screen menu, even you don’t really want to.
I did not understand why they did a curved screen on one side and not on both sides. That terminal is asymmetric and not looks so great.I think the reason is to keep it in your left hand, without clicking on the sidelines. But this depends which hand you are using. Many people use the right hand. Then, there is not so much information you can display on the curved screen. Seems a little strange to have a asymmetric phone. On the other hand, Samsung says that it is very useful to see notifications and messages on the phone when it is in its case on the table. I agree, but that means you have to take it out from your pocket and take care which side you put it on your desk.

Otherwise the phone looks good, is a little thicker, but not significantly. It has top specifications like Note 4. I think it will have its fans. I realize it is a technological demonstration and perhaps one of the best products launched by Samsung. But that does not mean the curved screen is useless. Perhaps the future will hold, maybe Samsung will find a real use for it, maybe it will make apps for it later. Another problem, like Note 4, is the price. It is a gadget for technology enthusiasts. But the curved screen raised its price, and i don’t know how many people will be able to bear such costs.
Samsung Galaxy Note Edge curved screen smartphone, will cost $946 without a contract when it launches next week. It will cost $400 with a contract from AT&T, and other carriers will offer various deals too.
