What changes with the release of iOS 8 ?
The Biggest modification in my opinion is Siri
Apple wants to connect all smart devices from your home ,and put it at power of your voice using Homekit . It will be so simple that you don’t even have to touch your screen.You will use Siri voice commands. For example: Just say: ” Siri , I ` m going to bed ” and the lights will go off , and your door will be locked . Siri will not be doing just that , but many more features will come. I leave you to discover yourself . So let ‘s move on …
It was predicted that Apple will launch a health app. And so it was . With the help of Nike and with another major health company Apple unveils Heathkit on IOS 8 features . It will be able to share health data.
Another interesting feature is Quick Reply. From here you will be able to reply to your messages directly from Notification Center. 3d party applications can use this feature such as Facebook or other social apps. More of that, you can do this even if the phone is in Lock Screen .
Safari browser will suffer some modification but only for Ipad . It will look the same as the iPhone version .
Spotlight will be your new Search Engine. You can search for places , movies, different content and more. It uses predictive suggestions , and help you find what you are looking for as you type .
It will be faster and therefore Apple introduced a new keyboard called Quicktype . It will also have predictive suggestions while typing .
Photos feature will improve. You can search photos by location , current location , time and other . Also you can edit photos by adjusting brightness, color and you can crop photos as you like.
Another good feature is that you will be able to see how much battery every app is using . Personally I belive this is big , because now you can control your battery life .
