Radeon R9 290x 8GB

Instead making new video boards to compete better with the recent GeForce GTX 970 and GTX 980, especially at power consumption chapter, AMD is trying to distract us with Radeon R9 290X 8GB , twice more powerful than Radeon R9 290X 4GB. This model would do better at higher UltraHD resolutions.
Sapphire, PowerColor and Club3D already announced they will soon introduce Radeon R9 290x 8GB versions, but it is unclear what will be the price difference compared to normal variants, with 4 GB. Probably not very high, but we’ll be waiting to see the real price.
